In order to register a Will at the DIFC Courts, the requirements are that:
- You are not Muslim and have never been a Muslim
- You are at least 21 years of age
- You own assets in the UAE and/or have minor children residing with you in the UAE
You don’t have to live in the UAE to use the Wills Service to make a DIFC Courts Will. A DIFC Courts Will can be registered from almost anywhere in the world by a non-Muslim who is at least 21 years old and has assets in the UAE and/or young children living in Dubai or Ras Al Khaimah.
